In this table you can compare the technical characteristics of cases from the review, and choose a model yourself in the computer cases section.

Aluminium front panel, door with magnetic lock, USB Type-C port.
The length of the video card is limited to 32 cm.

Chieftec Hunter 2 is the second version of a relatively inexpensive case, the name of which translates as “Hunter”. The update brings an aluminium front panel, a reversible USB Type-C port, and a convenient handle for the magnetic door. By the way, it is made of tempered glass, which is not afraid of scratches and even moderate impacts.

The case accommodates Mini-ITX, Micro-ATX and Full-ATX motherboards, as well as video cards up to 32 cm in length (sometimes longer ones are found). The height for an air processor cooler, even with a margin, is 17 cm, but the liquid cooling system on top can only fit up to 280 mm. An even larger 360 mm LSS will have to be installed in the front, sacrificing three case fans.

There are four propellers in total, all with multi-color Rainbow ARGB lighting, which is synchronized first with the hub and then with the motherboard. All popular motherboard brands are supported: ASUS Aura, MSI Mystic, Gigabyte Fusion, ASRock Polychrome and Biostar Vivid. The frame of the case is made of steel with a thickness of 0.5, which results in a weight of 5.2 kilograms.

Six fans, 700 W power supply included, tinted glass.
You can't fine-tune the glow.

Zalman N4 Rev.1 is a Korean case, equipped with six fans, and even a 700 W power supply. These bonuses can save a significant amount of money when building a PC, which can be spent, for example, on a larger capacity SSD. There are three propellers with an increased diameter of 14 cm installed at the front, and three more standard 12 cm at the rear and top.

The fans are decorated with Static RGB lighting, which can only be completely turned off with a button on the interface panel, but not fine-tuned. The USB ports are only classic Type-A, but there are three at once. The power and reboot buttons for the PC are located on different sides of the case so that they are certainly not confused. The 4mm thick glass is heavily tinted for added style.

Easily removable dust filters are installed on the top and bottom of the case. The processor tower fits up to 163 mm high, and the video card fits up to 315 mm long. The complete Zalman MegaMax ZM700-TXII power supply boasts an 80 PLUS White energy efficiency certificate, long flat wires and a reliable FDB hydro-dynamic fan.

More compact than other Micro-ATX, direct airflow to the video card, built-in display.
A long GPU limits the size of the power supply.

Jonsbo D31 Mesh Screen is a mid-size Micro-ATX case with four PCI-Express expansion slots. More compact than most of its classmates, since the power supply is installed not from the bottom, but from the front. This allows you to place fans on the bottom panel that will blow directly onto the video card. The maximum permitted GPU length is 40 cm.

True, this somewhat limits the length of the power supply - only 14 cm, so you may have to resort to using the smaller SFX-L format. The side glass panel has no visible screws; they are hidden at the back. On top there is an easily removable dust filter, under which you can place a 280/360 mm dropbox (its size again depends on the power supply and GPU).

The front panel, depending on the configuration, can be either completely mesh or with a built-in liquid crystal display. It has a diagonal of 8 inches, a resolution of 1280x800 pixels and an HDMI connection. This allows you to display not only service information about temperatures and revolutions, but any application, for example, a video player or chat.

Steel thickness 0.8 mm, fans with increased flow, nylon filters.
There is no cable for vertical GPU.

APNX Creator C1 is the first and so far only case from APNX, a new sub-brand of Aerocool. And immediately the flagship - made of thick-walled steel 0.8 mm. And the front L-shaped panel is generally made of a single sheet of metal. Behind it are hidden three branded APNX FP1 fans with a diameter of 14 cm. At the back there is another propeller, already 12 cm, but also ARGB.

The fans have anti-vibration rubber corners and increased thickness - 30 versus the typical 25 mm, which enhances air flow. A dust filter is installed between the front panel and the fans. Another fine nylon filter is located on top. A 360 mm droplet or two or three blower fans with a diameter of 12/14 cm are placed under it.

In total, up to eleven propellers can be mounted in the housing. A video card up to 395 mm long can be deployed vertically, but a flexible PCI-Express x16 cable will have to be purchased separately. There is as much as 4cm of clearance behind the motherboard for hidden cable management. There are three body colors to choose from: black, white and iridescent blue Chroma Flair.

Wooden front and mesh side panel, Rifle Bearing fans.
Dropsy 420 mm does not fit.

Fractal Design North is a stylish Swedish case with a front panel made of natural wood. Depending on the body color Charcoal Black or Chalk White, walnut or oak is used. All case panels are easily removable for easy PC assembly, and the side panels are made of mesh. This is a good compromise between visibility of internal components and ventilation.

On the side behind the mesh, you can vertically install two 140 mm fans to blow over the video card. True, this limits the height of the processor tower: from 170 to 145 mm. An alternative would be to install water cooling in 240 or 360 mm format. It's a shame that, unlike larger Fractal Design cases, the North doesn't accommodate a maximum 420mm LSO.

There is also a TG variety North with a glass window. By default, the case is equipped with two front FD Aspect 140 fans with Rifle Bearing. The service life is 90 thousand hours. The fans do not have backlighting, but without it, the computer assembled in this case blends even more harmoniously with the wooden furniture in the house.
