Such models have a fairly high performance and a good resource. Considering the price, desktop filters are a good low-cost solution for an apartment in which 1-3 people live.

Aquaphor Modern has two stages of water purification, which is a normal indicator for desktop filters. The model makes it possible to eliminate pollutants such as active chlorine, phenol, pesticides, petroleum products, organic impurities and heavy metal ions from the liquid. The filter uses a unique sorbing fibre "Aqualen", as well as optimal methods of mixing granular and fibrous sorbents, the production of carbon blocks and the use of hollow fibre membranes.

The cleaning speed of Aquaphor Modern is 1.2 L/min – not the highest indicator, but exceeding the similar characteristics of reverse osmosis filters. Like the previous person involved in the review, this device is a low-cost solution for basic water purification for a family of two or three people. The model does not take up much space in the kitchen, its physical dimensions are 34x15x13 cm.

Gejzer 1UJ Euro is suitable for cleaning slightly polluted water with medium hardness. It softens water and cleans it from active chlorine, pesticides, organic impurities and heavy metal ions. The model has one filtration stage, the filter cartridge consists of a special Aragon polymer with a bacteriostatic addition of silver and ion exchange resin granules. First, the water passes through the filter material, which eliminates pollutants up to 1 µm in size. The cartridge resource is about 7K liters. It is worth noting that when used in regions with high-hardness water, the cartridge will be consumed much faster and it will have to be changed earlier. Aragon 2 cartridges are used as consumables.

Gejzer 1UJ Euro has a fairly wide range of operating pressure – from 0.5 to 6 atmospheres. The maximum operating temperature of the filter is 40 °C. One of the distinctive features of the Gejzer BIO 411 is the highest performance of all review models – 3 L/min. But the filter resource is somewhat inferior to competitors and is 6K liters.

Gejzer BIO 411 provides 3 stages of water purification and has a filter element consisting of several components. The first to enter the case is the PP 5 — 10SL sedimentary cartridge, which removes suspensions, rust and other insoluble particles up to 5 microns in size. After that, Aragon-M BIO starts working, which filters out dissolved iron, heavy metals and radionuclides, simultaneously purifying the water from bacteria and viruses. In addition, there is a mineralizer inside this cartridge, which enriches the water with healthy calcium. The American-made "Disruptor" cartridge completes the process. It removes the remaining viruses and bacteria, and also reduces the level of chlorine, iron and heavy metals. The filter will tell you when it is necessary to change the "consumables" – the need to replace them will show a decrease in pressure in the tap for clean water.

It is worth noting that Gejzer BIO 411 can work even at a sufficiently low pressure in pipes – from 0.5 atmospheres. The maximum operating temperature of the model is 40 °C. But it takes up enough space – this is the most cumbersome survey model with dimensions of 38x31x14 cm.

The Aquaphor Favorite filter is designed for installation under the sink and requires connection to the water supply system, which will require the involvement of a specialist. B150 cartridges are used as consumables.

The filtration performance of Aquaphor Favorite is also at a high level – it is 2.5 L/min. The filter allows you to purify water from active chlorine, phenol, pesticides, petroleum products, organic impurities, colloidal iron and heavy metal ions. The cartridges are based on the sorbent "Aqualen". They absorb impurities faster by increasing the contact area with water. Aqualen also effectively captures and holds heavy metals. In addition, such filters fight bacteria better due to the original method of fixing silver in the most active ionic form. However, despite the innovation of the filter module, one degree of purification for devices of this class is still not much. Considering the positioning of the model (for houses, restaurants, cafes, etc.), this is normal.

An interesting feature is that Aquaphor Favorite can operate at very high water pressure – up to 20 atmospheres. This is possible thanks to the food-grade stainless steel housing, which is not subject to corrosion and mechanical damage. In addition, the filter is quite compact (20x18x18 cm) and takes up a minimum of space under the sink. The maximum water temperature required for the operation of the device is 40 °C.
