Externally, the Ariete brand steam cleaner resembles a conventional vacuum cleaner for the home. Such analogies are suggested by the shape of the case, large rear wheels for transportation and the presence of a sufficiently long power cord of 6 metres. The latter, together with the existing steam hose, will eliminate the need for an extension cord and/or switching between outlets within several rooms.

Among other design features of the Ariete 4147, it is worth highlighting the nozzle compartment located at the base of the case. It holds the main accessories except for the floor brush and extension tubes.

Good working parameters

The manufacturer claims the possibility of using the model in non-stop mode. Accordingly, adding water to the 1.1-liter tank is allowed during the steam cleaning process. It takes about 4 minutes for a 1500-watt heating element to turn liquid into steam. And then the device will be able to supply steam with a pressure of 4 bar, and therefore even stubborn household pollution should be “on the shoulder” for it.

The power of steam generation is proposed to be smoothly adjusted using the rotary switch on the body. And on the handle of the steam gun there is a steam button and a lock, which will not be superfluous for families with small children.

Abundance of baits

Together with the steam cleaner, 8 nozzles are offered for various user tasks. A separate accessory is available for floors and carpets (brush and microfibre), glass and mirrors (wiper), curtains, upholstery and other textiles. An angle nozzle and a pinpoint nozzle will help you get to remote areas. Plus, there are two round brushes that allow you to combine steaming with mechanical action on dirt.

Ariete 4147 is a well-equipped model with decent performance and thoughtful design.
