Atoll IN100SE - The best I've ever heard; for rock and metal it's just what you need, makes you want to listen more and more. Before it, I had some decent amplifiers and custom tube amps - somehow the Atoll eclipsed them all and I have a Nordost (shotgun) cable. A friend listens to everything on tube amps - IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO LISTEN, the sound of an old radio, and he's thrilled by it. What to advise you is to find your own sound. The sound is terribly distorted and broken. The remote is extremely inconvenient. Once upon a time, there was an atoll. It reproduced sound.
So there's a movie playing: only voices, voices, voices, no sound or atmosphere. Just speech.
Music plays: a voice, the voice is in the foreground, everything else is far away and unimportant, quiet and blurred. But the voice, here it is, never has it been so close and clearly heard with any other amplifier.
Performers scream right into the ears, pounce on the listener, bark, smack - such an exaggerated midrange.

Atoll, besides the described peculiar interpretation, gives a lively, fast, clear, but very dead sound. No emotions. Just dead, colorless.
Listening to any genre or album leaves the same negative aftertaste. No colors, no impressions or emotions. Like the noise of a water tap - turn it on, listen, turn it off. A waterfall of noise. Always the same.

What does it play well with? A difficult question.
But I know the answer. It's Dali. Their sound is just overly transparent bass and overly intrusive highs, plus a murky midrange. Harmony and balance.
And even in this case, the sound will be very peculiar and far from the original.
It will no longer be Hi-Fi or high-fidelity sound.
It'll be distorted sound squared! Or Hi-Fi under a root, whose fidelity approaches zero, along with sound quality.
A sensible person will sell this junk for 50% of the price without regret! And if no one buys it, they will destroy it physically.
