Bosch is always cool from an engineering point of view, but after buying this trimmer, I was convinced that Bosch is also beautiful. However, initially I was generally going to buy a gasoline lawn mower. Well, my brother dissuaded me in time, he bought himself a similar apparatus and exercises with it in the yard. I went to him, tried it and it became clear that yes, there is no point in chasing the power of a gasoline engine. For small areas and simple grass, it fits almost perfectly and working with it is essentially no different from more powerful models. Small and very light. It weighs less than two kilograms, which is small even by the standards of Chinese plastic products. It is controlled very simply, I even trusted his 13-year-old son, he is already quite capable of handling it (do not forget about the safety briefing). Its engine is tiny and not particularly powerful, only 250 watts. But he cuts simple grass and young weed without any difficulty. Well balanced and comfortable in the hand. And he's just beautiful. It's nice when competent designers work even on such a simple and primitive thing. I actually do industrial design myself, so I can evaluate it professionally. Restrictions on the length of the electrical cable. It suddenly turned out that I can mow by hand faster than with this trimmer))) I figured it out and realized that it was all about the small cutting width. It must be added that the difference is small, and physically it is still more difficult to mow with your hands. |
