Independent electric induction hob with high-tech DirectSelect touch control system and automatic temperature sensors for various culinary processes. Refers to the products of the 2018 model year, positioned as a premium model with enhanced functionality. The Bosch PIE 651 FC1E hob is equipped with four burners of different sizes (from 145 to 210 cm) and power (from 1400 to 2200 W). For more intense heating, there is a PowerBoost function that temporarily increases the power by more than 50%, which allows you to boil two liters of water in less than 150 seconds.
A unique feature of this model is the FryingSensor Plus cooking sensor. It allows you to set the desired cooking temperature and informs you that the pan is hot for frying meat, potatoes, deep frying, etc. Thus, overheating / ignition of fat is completely excluded and the optimum temperature of the culinary process is ensured. There is a timer with automatic shutdown of heating, a function to recognize the presence of dishes, a residual heat indicator and protection against children.
