I knew how to cook before, but now with the change of work I have time for this. Just for such culinary experiments, I ordered a Clatronics barbecue grill. This simple cooking machine is a kind of electric frying pan with an unusual shape and size. The working surface is a rectangle measuring 45 by 25 centimeters, that is, it has a rather impressive area. Below the surface is a heating element or heating elements with a power of two kilowatts, which provide rapid heating to the temperature of a very well-heated pan (up to smoke, if there is oil). The temperature can be adjusted with a six-position thermostat. He has five jobs. The two younger ones are more like maintaining the temperature and heating, and the rest are suitable for cooking various products. You can fry everything here, from scrambled eggs to a good beef steak. The surface warms up not quite evenly, there are hotter zones, but there are cool ones. The grill itself is very light, only two kilograms. They also clearly saved on the thickness of the metal of the working surface, hence the unevenness. |
