The debut model of TWS earphones from the company Nothing boasts a number of positive qualities. Sound reproduction is handled by dynamic drivers made of liquid crystal polymer and polyurethane. The sound character here features pronounced highs and lows, and the user has access to an active noise cancellation system (ANC). The "noise canceler" suppresses surrounding sounds up to 45 dB, with a total of three preset intensity levels available, as well as a transparency mode.
Flexible noise cancellation settings can be adjusted in the Nothing X mobile app, which also includes a three-band equalizer. CMF Buds Pro connect to devices wirelessly via Bluetooth v 5.3. The signal transmission delay is up to 200 – 300 ms, and it can only be reduced to ensure comfortable mobile gaming when used with Nothing smartphones. In music listening mode, the battery life of the earphones is up to 6.5 hours with active noise cancellation and up to 11 hours without ANC. The charging case extends battery life up to 22 hours and 39 hours respectively. The earphones are rated for IP54 water resistance, though this does not apply to the case.
