DEX DFD-510P

The electric fruit dryer has been added to the range of the DEX trademark in the summer of 2021 and belongs to advanced solutions that are suitable for both domestic and professional use. The model received a fairly powerful 700 W heater, which, together with a blower fan, is located at the back. This arrangement contributes to the uniform distribution of heat and the convenience of loading and unloading various foodstuffs.

To accommodate the latter, the DEX DFD-510P fruit dryer has acquired a capacious 36-liter working chamber, divided into 10 plastic trays measuring 305 by 330 mm. Also in the delivery set there are additional pallets, namely solid (for making marshmallows) and mesh (for drying herbs and greens). In addition to flexible temperature adjustment (range 35 – 70 °C in 5 degree increments), the model also provides three preset operating modes, including fast (10 hours at maximum temperature) and keep warm (automatic heating at 35 °C for 24 hours after completion main drying cycle). For ease of control and settings, an electronic panel with a display and an automatic shutdown timer (up to 24 hours) is offered.
