Когда покупал, даже не читал отзывы, поскольку марка Ферроли раньше была синонимом надежности. Брал официально на фирме с гарантией 3 года. По УСЛОВИЯМ гарантии необходимо было проводить ТО 1 раз в 12 месяцев за 350 грн. Но как-то эти условия гарантии я принял во невнимание, а зря. Через 1,5 года(до этого котел работал отлично) начало уходить давление. Оказалось потек теплообменник и вода выходила в камеру, испарялась и вытягивалась с газами. На фирме теплообменник по гарантии менять отказались, та как не сделал вовремя ТО. Новый теплообменник оценили в 4000 грн. Сам Нашел специалиста в Днепропетровске, который запаял за 800 грн(было 2 трещины) с работой по установке. Пока работает без проблем. Но таким качеством изделий из Европы очень разочарован. Надеялся, что котел отработает минимум 5 лет без ремонта. Не дорогой, один из самых компактных. Не надежный, при том, что запчасти очень дорогие use Ferroli DOMIproject F24 month or more |
Котлы Ферроли полная шляпа. Теперь этим словом ( ферроли) я буду матюкаться. отсутствуют плата и все что с ней связано. за два года перегорела два раза, в разгар отопительного сезона и холодов. стоит стабилизатор и не помогло.
