Big bowl
The low-cost model of the Austrian company First stands out, first of all, with an affordable price and a capacious metal bowl: its volume is 6.5 liters. The device is designed for large volumes of products — cooking bread, creams and dough for cakes, sauces, mashed potatoes or other products for a large family or even mini-production. Therefore, it will be difficult to beat a few egg whites, for this you will have to raise the bowl, since the nozzles do not reach the bottom by a few millimetres, and their height is not adjustable. In order to prepare a small amount, it is better to use a hand mixer.
The bowl itself is deep, but not wide, but it still affected the dimensions: the device will take up a lot of space, while weighing 6 kg due to the plastic case.
