Disgusting. The first tank leaked, the warranty one did not work even for two years. Price. Manufacturing quality. ![]() |
bought in September 2019 a device with one heating element of 1.5 kW and 15 liters. It has been operating continuously for the 9th month under the kitchen sink and immediately installed a pressure reducer with a manometer for monitoring. The safety valve (clearly reacts to pressure exceeding 6 bar) is placed over a 0.5-liter bowl on the top lid of the boiler, into which water simply drips and evaporates, result - never any leaks, so no tubes and jars are needed. it was about the problem with hot water and the existence of a boiler. It simply works and heats the water and retains heat pretty well. If there is no cold water in the system, the heating elements will not run dry as there is always water in the tank. so far, there are none, everything is satisfactory ![]() |
I rarely write comments, but I would like to tell you all about this Chinese product. Pluses are written on each site: price, pseudo tank guarantee for 7 years, etc., stainless steel, compactness Cons: 1. There is NO magnesium anode in it; 2. Not one, but two one-kilowatt heaters; 3. A lot collects from the safety valve tube over the day. 4. In 2 years of operation, I used it for at most 2 weeks, and the tank leaked twice. During the first 2 weeks of operation, the tank leaked. With cries and pain, it was replaced in the service center (https://stroyteh.ua/contacts/) with a new one. Received a new one. Tested it. It seems to work. Partially drained the water. Closed the tap and it waited for better times. And then I fill it with water, create pressure, and it leaks again through the tank. So much for G5 welding technology and stainless steel. The 1-year warranty is already gone. 5. And what about the 7-year "pseudo" warranty? Dispatchers from the service center at https://stroyteh.ua/contacts/ nicely tell me that I am so bad for not going to them to change the magnesium anode (which is not there) every year for 300 UAH. Therefore, I apparently don't have a 7-year tank warranty. 6. Since the warranty is no longer valid, I tried to replace the gasket on the heaters. Thought perhaps the problem was with the gasket. Looked inside. And where parts of the boiler were welded, there are traces of rust in some places. So much for stainless steel + G5 technologies. use Grunhelm GBH I-15U more than year |
