I can’t return (there are traces of use). In general, it’s not worth spending money, it’s easier to hire a person - it will be cheaper Cool thing, should make life easier I bought it in the Rozetka, opened it and tried it - it does not work. Sent a month diagnosed sent a new one. Opened like works in two weeks again does not work. Sent for diagnostics - waiting for a month! Well, I wash my windows with my hands for the fourth month after purchase. just bought HOBOT 188 |
Gave a gift to my wife. Everyone was happy until a malfunction occurred. All that is needed is to replace the cleaning wheels (the wheels where the rings with cleaning wipes are attached) - you WON'T find them anywhere because NO ONE will sell them to you (they'll simply say they don't have them). And believe me - the wheel looks fine, but micro-cracks that appear near the seating area will turn this nice thing into trash!!! And there's nothing you can do, well actually, you can choose NOT TO BELIEVE THE SELLERS' TALES about warranty and post-warranty service for this robot, they just want to sell and get through the 14 days, because this defect/breakdown IS NOT A WARRANTY CASE!!! Thanks everyone for your attention and be cautious!!! If anyone knows where to buy these wheels – write in the comments. Otherwise, you have to get them from abroad. Usage period – since 01.01.2016. It's actually quite a nice and practical thing! Normal warranty service (they will tell you this is not a warranty case) and post-warranty service are MISSING!!! When purchasing, MAKE SURE to get a couple of extra cleaning wheels (the ones that attach directly to the robot) - YOU [censored] WILL NEED THEM and don’t believe that you don’t, but they won’t sell them to you anyway because they don’t have any. Also, REMEMBER that their breakage is NOT A WARRANTY CASE. use HOBOT 188 month or more |
UPD Since I had a constructive dialogue with the manufacturer HOBOT (Taiwan) and received comprehensive explanations and answers to my questions at the level of an official distributor and dealer (Ruslan) about all the intricacies and nuances of my case, now that I have all the information, I can say that I was hasty with my conclusions and recommendations. I am very grateful for the assistance and the steps taken by HOBOT Ukraine towards their customer. HOBOT robots are indeed very practical for home use. Thank you for the help. It's really quite a nice and practical thing! There are small ones use HOBOT 188 month or more |
