Stylish and affordable wireless mouse with built-in gyroscope that works with Windows PCs, Sony PlayStation (PS3/PS4) game consoles and Android smartphones. The highlight of the gamepad lies in its design, which largely repeats the design and layout of the buttons of the new black and white DualSense controller from PS5: on the right is the main unit with four control buttons, on the left is a cross, and 4 shifts are hidden on the sides to control auxiliary functions.
The only difference is that the left stick and D-pad have been swapped like the Xbox controller. In addition to the layout itself, Hoco borrowed other things that distinguish Sony gamepads from numerous followers. In particular, the gamepad was equipped with vibration motors, a six-axis gyroscope, an auxiliary touch panel, a built-in speaker and an LED indicator that indicates the status of the connection and the degree of battery discharge. However, unlike DualSense, Hoco GM9 supports desktop PCs, laptops, Android smartphones and iPhones. Battery life can reach up to 15 hours depending on the platform used. A USB-C cable is used to charge the battery.

Folk gamepad?
Hoco GM9 is a stylish wireless gamepad that works with Windows PCs, Sony PlayStation (PS3/PS4) game consoles, and iOS and Android smartphones. The gamepad is equipped with a pair of sticks, a 4-way D-pad, 4 main buttons and 4 side shifts/bumpers. When working by air, the built-in battery can provide up to 8 hours of battery life.
Sony DualSense style design
Perhaps the main charm of Hoco GM9 is that it copies both the design and functionality of the new Sony DualSense gamepad, which was released simultaneously with the PlayStation 5 console. In particular, it is equipped with a pair of vibration motors for tactile feedback in games, a six-axis gyroscope for racing simulators and a proprietary touchpad, the capabilities of which are not used in games as actively as we would like. Also, a small speaker is built into the gamepad, which duplicates what is happening in the game. At the bottom is a separate Share button, with which you can quickly take a screenshot and put it on the network.
There were no savings
The other side of the coin is the price and forced savings. After all, Hoco GM9 costs 2.5 times cheaper than the original PS5 Sony DualSense gamepad, so, according to personal feelings, it does not have such responsive sticks, the buttons play, and the lower triggers are tighter. You also need to pay attention to the asymmetrical arrangement of the sticks and the 4-way D-pad, which is borrowed from the Xbox controller, not Sony. If you decide to pair this controller with your PS4, this layout may be an unpleasant surprise. Well, despite the visual resemblance to DualSense, the device from Hoco does not have official support for the PS5 console. Other than that, it's a pretty interesting, well-built gamepad that outperforms most gamepads under $35.
