HOLMER HCG-18P stainless steel

The pressure electric grill within the HOLMER brand line belongs to the older solutions, although in general it can be considered an entry-level model on the market. One of the main features of the device are double-sided working plates. On the one hand, their surface is corrugated (perfect for cooking meat), and on the other — smooth (suitable for making scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, as well as grilling vegetables).

The plates also include a non-stick coating and are removable, which will simplify the procedure for cleaning them from contaminants after cooking. The electric contact grill HOLMER HCG-18P is equipped with a 1800-watt heating element and a thermostat for adjusting the operating temperature in the range from 140 to 200 °C. To select the latter, a mechanical rotary switch is proposed, which is complemented by two indicators (work and heating). Another feature of the device is the ability to open 180 degrees for use as a barbecue grill. The bonuses of the model include a non-heating pressure handle and a removable drip tray for collecting juice / fat.
