I have no complaints other than appearance. Smart, high quality, beautiful. The sound is loud and clear. I don’t see the disadvantage of having mono, I compare it with the old one - it’s louder, and no worse, but there’s stereo. Before this I had a Huawei P10 plus, so I wanted the same manufacturer again for a gift. I was very pleased with the old one, but I really didn’t like the phone’s floor-length frames and the black color. What worries me most about this is the glass case, I'm used to a metal one. On January 1, I updated to Android 10. The battery charges very quickly and lasts a long time. The camera is the best, but too realistic, but if you want to improve the photo, then there is a possibility. After they lowered the price, we couldn’t buy this phone, everyone bought up the 8/256 version and ordered it from another city. I would like to listen to other users, especially since I haven’t fully delved into it yet and haven’t explored all the possibilities. An endless screen, a very beautiful blue color, a camera, sound, a small droplet instead of frames and a unibrow. The best smartphone! Personally, I don't like the curved screen, the slippery back cover, and the fact that it's not metal. Protruding main camera. Of course the price, but that's relative. The phone itself is not bad. The camera and battery are great. There is one drawback: During calls, for some reason, the screen doesn't lock, and you can accidentally make a call to a second line with your ear, while talking (or, for instance, send photos from your phone to a chat in Viber). This issue with the firmware hasn't been resolved. Perhaps it's related to the lack of a physical speaker. But the biggest problem is the service. I had an issue with the screen. In the morning, when I woke up, I saw a black spot on the screen. A couple of weeks later, a bright line appeared from this spot to the opposite side of the screen. I took it to the service center on December 5th, and the next day they called and said it was physical damage (even though everything looked intact with no damage to the phone) and offered to replace the display for 4500 UAH instead of 6500 UAH as a "promotion." They said the parts were available, and it would be done within 2 days. I agreed. But now it's the New Year, and I'm still without a phone. First, they made me a fool, saying they told me 2 days, not 2 weeks. Nonetheless, almost a month has passed (writing this review on January 1st), and I'm still using a button phone. I think 1.5 months of waiting is not the limit because usually, nothing gets done until January 15th here. I'll never buy any HUAWEI product again. It was foolish to spend 28,000 UAH on this.
