Ordered a couple of these air conditioners for my new store. They were delivered and installed quickly and without issues. I didn't bother much with the manufacturer or "white" assembly, price and decent warranty service are more important, and with Idea, everything is just fine. And even though this air conditioner is made by the unknown Chinese from Idea Engineering Limited, and not the Japanese from Mitsubishi Heavy. What's important is that they cool and heat equally well, but the first one is twice as cheap. In cold weather, the performance is excellent. If you turn it on full power, you could freeze meat in the store's sales area within an hour (just kidding). The air conditioner's power is flexibly adjustable because the compressor's control scheme is a modern inverter. The manufacturer promises a long service life. But that's more of a "we'll live – we'll see" kind of thing. I've heard that this is the best offer on the market for duct air conditioners price-wise, and I'm inclined to believe such an assumption. Good branded service. A careless cleaning lady foolishly damaged the coarse filters. I called the service, and by the evening, the filters were back in place, and the ACs were working full blast. Less than four hours passed between the call and the technician's arrival. Noisy. However, for a medium-pressure duct air conditioner, this is not a serious drawback. In the heating mode, electricity is consumed like hell. But otherwise it does not happen, there is no energy - there is no heat. use IDEA ITB-18HRN1 month or more |
