I was choosing between the Flip 4 and 5. I chose the 4 because it has stereo, while the 5 is mono. The 4 is significantly cheaper. The sound is better in the 4, while in the 5, it's louder. If you need volume, buy 2 of the fourth version straight away; they can connect effortlessly, resulting in over 30 watts!! High-quality item, retains its marketable appearance for a long time. Worth its price. Lasts 10-12 hours at medium volume. Excellent sound, good bass for its size. Bluetooth passes through 3-4 walls. I bought it for 4999 rubles half a year ago. The speaker is the best for the money, there are simply no non-Chinese competitors for 5k! Of course, there are xb21 and xb 20 (Sony speakers), but 21 sounds much worse, and 20 seems okay, but it’s almost impossible to find it, I wanted exactly that but still bought flip 4. In general, I’m happy. The sound quality is top-notch; the sound remains clear at any volume. Of course, there are distortions, as nearly any acoustic system at a high volume can produce distorted sound. However, the distortion is not significant. The volume is more than sufficient for home use; I usually don't listen above 60 at home. The bass is very respectable for such a size, but if you're getting the speaker only for home use, it's better to consider 2.0 and 2.1 systems. They offer stronger and deeper bass for a lower price. As for the battery, I listen every day and charge it once every three days, and it charges very quickly. The materials are high-quality, and the build is excellent.
