High-quality Hi-Res level in-ear monitoring headphones with a detachable cable and behind-the-ear fastening. It is positioned as one of the most affordable models for professional use, designed for use by novice singers, musicians or sound engineers. It is quite suitable for work in the studio when recording, mastering and mixing high-quality audio materials. A distinctive feature of this model is a rectified frequency response, which provides sound reproduction in its original form, without timbre distortion introduced by dynamic emitters.

Suitable for listening to any tracks of any musical genres. The Knowledge Zenith EDC earphones have a translucent acrylic body with an original design. Sound generation is carried out using special dynamic radiators with neodymium magnets and a 10 mm polyethylene terephthalate diaphragm. They are connected to the sound source using a 3-pin mini-Jack 3.5mm connector. Due to the low impedance resistance, they are able to work both with professional equipment and with ordinary gadgets (smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.).

Knowledge Zenith EDC price graph

    Great headphones for $10
     17 March 2024
I bought these headphones over a year ago. Before them, I only used Panasonic with their RP series. After trying these, I only want them. Initially out of the box, since I don't have an external sound card, I set them up via the PC equalizer, and after that, I can't listen to other speakers. The bass is dense and doesn't overshadow the entire composition, the mids don't turn into a mess during activities, and the highs can either tickle the ear or tear apart the eardrum, depending on the setting. They fit perfectly in the ear but are not suitable for sports; the cable is rigid at room temperature, and better left unsaid about outdoor use. Moreover, there is no noise isolation at all; only a sterile room with closed windows will allow you to hear them without bleeding ears.

The ear pads may initially seem too hard, but due to the way the headphones are mounted in the ear, this disadvantage becomes an advantage - the headphones always stay in the same position, and the ear pads perfectly handle sound transmission.

The attachment is, to put it mildly, non-standard. At first, it's difficult to get used to the fact that it's not the headphone itself that pulls down, but the frame around it, and the earlobe suffers more, often moving forward, though not critically.

Importantly, on phones, unfortunately, you can't listen to music properly due to too much resistance, and not all smartphones can handle this.

Positioning. Strangely enough, with one driver per earphone, you can quite hear sound from the right, left, above, below, behind, in front, and even at arbitrary angles, which is definitely cool.

The cable is rigid but durable.
Sound, positioning, ear pads, build quality (the Chinese have learned)
You won’t hear normal sound from the box, use APO equalizers, that’s enough. Stone cable.
