Contacted the manufacturer directly, emailed them, and successfully exchanged the defective product for a good one.

Low-quality product, I didn't even place the monitor on it. The threading for the bolts is poor (vertical stand), not only does it not go the full length of the bolt, but it's also poor quality, and after a light test, the bolts already don't hold and slide in and out easily. I'm very glad I didn't place my monitor on it and potentially break it on such a mount. (Purchased on Rozetka) Took it back for a replacement, as the manufacturer promised that the defect was fixed in new shipments. They sent literally the same again, with the vertical stand wobbling again.
