I was looking for a sturdy grill made from thick metal and produced in Ukraine as a birthday present for myself. After reading reviews, I decided on this manufacturer. I planned to get a grill for 6 skewers, but after considering that I can cook more than just kebabs, and also grill something on the side with a grill rack, I chose the model for 9 skewers. The grill itself looks nice, with a quality paint job. The weld seams also seem fine to my untrained eye, cleaned and free of burrs. The air holes are made on the side at the bottom and are completely sufficient for the heat/coal; I never used any fan or blower. The skewer holes and the distance between them are well thought out/calculated - skewers with medium-sized pieces of meat fit without problems and do not interfere with each other during rotation. The paint is heat-resistant and did not peel off after several uses. The first time, there was a smell of paint, but the meat itself did not absorb it. The second time, the smell was almost gone. The metal is thick, 4 mm, and it didn't warp anywhere after several uses. Convenient, large handles for carrying the grill. It's great that it is foldable (the legs can be detached from the grill, making it more compact) and can be placed in a car trunk. The height is just right. You can stand comfortably without bending over. Shashlik cooks quickly - 2.5-3 kg of meat in 18-20 minutes at outdoor spring temperature of +15°C. On one side, the mounts for the legs are welded at a slight angle, so they go slightly inward, but it's not very noticeable.  Vladislav M: use Metalzavod MN9-4 few months |
