We have 10 acres of a vegetable garden, during the season we collect something from 300 to 600 kilograms of tomatoes, and the issue of processing them into juice and tomatoes is always annoying. Well, sausages are my old culinary dream. Fresh young pork is regularly at the godfather, so with such a meat grinder the dream came true already in the first month of use. Powerful, almost two kilowatts of mechanical power is no joke. Meat cuts into one or two, cartilage and offal also grinds without much difficulty. Equipped with three mesh disks for minced meat with hole diameters of 3.5 and 7 mm. We most often use the medium size. The small one went well for the liver pate, the large one was never useful at all. It can work continuously for up to 10 minutes, after which you need to rest for the same amount. In reality, this restriction for meat is not very important, because in 10 minutes you can grind about 5-7 kilograms. But when working on tomatoes for 10 minutes, the restriction can already slow down the work. Although if you try and serve the fruits at a good pace, then there are no problems either. The sausage nozzle is a bit thick, but they adapted and in the end it turns out insanely tasty. As far as I understand, there is no protection for the motor from a sharp blockage, for example, with a bone. This is bad, because it can result in a complete failure of the engine. The plastic pusher, which is needed to feed meat into the auger, is much smaller in diameter than the hole itself. It turns out that pieces of minced meat, bread, and tomatoes constantly remain between it and the walls of the meat supply hole. This is not to say that it greatly hinders, but it looks strange. |

Используя в первый раз порадовала скоростью и качеством Во второй раз включила послышался треск и запах горения пластика Пошел дым снизу Выключила На столе из-под мясорубки вылетели маленькие пластиковые осколки Разобрала через 30мин снова включила без ничего работает но запах ужасный Выключила запах остался
