MPM MSG-02

A simple, efficient and inexpensive medium capacity convection fruit dryer with an overhead fan. Designed for harvesting vegetables / fruits and a wide range of products of plant / animal origin at home. Differs in affordable cost, the presence of a built-in thermostat, compact size (moderate height) and an intuitive control system with a mechanical rotary knob. It is positioned as a product of the basic price category.

The main structural element of the MPM MSG-02 fruit dryer is a vertical package consisting of five wide plastic perforated trays of a round profile, which allow you to load a significant amount of chopped or whole products. This model is able to effectively dry vegetables and fruits, spicy or medicinal herbs, whole or chopped berries, mushrooms and nuts. It can dry fish or meat quickly and efficiently, dry crackers and homemade noodles. The transparent walls of the trays made of food-grade plastic allow you to control the drying process visually. The temperature is controlled by a convenient three-position rotary switch (up to 70 °C).
