"As soon as we bought it, we couldn't have been happier. But as soon as the warranty expired - 2 years, it immediately broke. We didn't drop it, didn't spill water on it - the electronic board just broke for no apparent reason. The authorized Philips service "DomTechService" refused to repair it!!! So, it was money wasted!!! Big regards to Philips - selling such junk for that kind of money takes some skill!!!"

I must honestly say, when I faced the Philips service team, I was very surprised!!! It turns out they are not heartless robots sitting there, but people! In my ambiguous situation, Philips stood by my side - the consumer's! And now I have an iron that works(!), for which I am very grateful to the Philips service team! And this is not an ADVERTISEMENT! This truly happened to me. So if something happens to your iron, know that the Philips company will be on your side.
