USED IT ONLY 7 TIMES IN 2 YEARS, THEN IT STOPPED WORKING. I CONTACTED THE SERVICE CENTER AND WAS TOLD THAT THIS MODEL IS NON-REPAIRABLE. IF IT'S UNDER WARRANTY, THEY WILL EXCHANGE IT, BUT SINCE THE WARRANTY PERIOD HAS EXPIRED, I'M LEFT WITH NOTHING. MY WORST PURCHASE EVER! In box FAILED TO WHIP EVEN A MILKSHAKE WITH A MIXER. almost immediately, while attempting to chop meat (less than 100 grams of boiled meat, cut into pieces smaller than 2 cm), the choppers (small and large) broke - the plastic (appearing to be plastic) sleeve with splines in the chopper lids cracked, the shaft rotates, but the blades do not turn. Shoddy work. Comparable to low-quality Chinese products. Wasted money. beautiful low quality - flimsy construction. If you use the blender carefully, I think there won't be any problems. You can order some bowls or containers from the service if you break them. The most important thing is not to overheat it. I use the blender quite often, and I haven't had any issues with its operation. It even grinds raw meat into minced meat. So, there's no need to dirty and then wash the meat grinder unnecessarily. The bowls included in the set turned out to be quite useful, although at first, I thought to just toss them into the back of a drawer. They say that the small blades melt from overheating.
