The old hand mixer worked for us a lot, but it was inconvenient to use eerily. It was a simple Scarlett, which my husband bought inexpensively in some left online store. The model was powerful and fast, but one of the blades was out of alignment. As a result, the mixer vibrated even at the minimum speed, and when I accelerated it faster, my hand shook from its vibrations. In the new mixer, everything had to be perfect, so we specifically checked it on the issue to exclude unpleasant surprises. But since Philips is a serious brand, there were no surprises. Compared to the Scarlet, this model is assembled much neater. The case is made of durable high-quality plastic, has no cracks and gaps, nothing staggers. The centering of the blades is almost perfect, that is, even at the highest speed, in turbo mode there is no noticeable beating or strong vibration. The first two tasks on which he had to work hard were whipping proteins with sugar for meringue baking and making homemade mayonnaise. It took about 5 minutes for the squirrels. The foam came out very thick and of high quality, the cakes on it were a success - the children were delighted. My husband took up mayonnaise, he loves this business. In terms of time, the procedure turned out to be even faster than with proteins. I haven’t used flyers for the test yet, and I don’t believe in them. All nozzles are firmly held in place, but easily snap off when needed. The only thing this blender is worse than the old Scarlet is the noise. It buzzes very loudly, and in turbo mode this buzz turns into howls. |

At the same time, the device lies comfortably in the hand, it feels weighty, but the hand is unlikely to get tired if it is used for a short time. Nozzles included
In the box you will find two pairs of stainless steel nozzles that are dishwasher safe. These are dough hooks and beaters with thick flat blades. Whisks and hooks are tightly attached to the mixer and do not fall out. To detach them, just press the button, but keep in mind that the nozzles come out quickly and with force, so they can fly away and stain the kitchen.
