In general, I dreamed of a dough mixer. There are six of us in the family, including four children, and I try not to buy factory baked goods, cookies, cakes and cakes for them, but to make them myself. Still, I know what products I put in and I’m sure that it won’t hurt my health. I had to abandon the idea of buying a fully functional dough mixer, because a normal such machine is too expensive, and I didn’t want to buy cheap plastic nonsense. The point is that the bowl rotates independently of the movement of the nozzles, and this provides a much more uniform mixing. The bowl is plastic, with a volume of as many as three liters and this allows you to mix or whip large quantities of products. The kit includes two pairs of attachments: a pair of whisks (mixing and beating) and a pair of dough hooks. There is a good choice of nozzle speeds, in total and five plus turbo mode.
