Inexpensive electric storage water heater with a classic cylindrical body and a tank volume of 100 liters. It is positioned as a product of the basic price category, intended for domestic use. The democratic cost of this model will be of interest to the widest range of economical consumers. It is the older model from the Round VMR line, which is able to provide hot water supply to an apartment / private house and a family of up to 4 people.
The Round VMR 100 water heater is equipped with a special cold water supply divider that prevents intensive mixing of masses with different temperatures, which ultimately allows increasing the hot water output. The internal tank of the device is made of cold-rolled sheet steel and covered with a special heat-resistant enamel that protects the metal from corrosion in hot water.
Additional electrochemical protection against corrosion is provided by a replaceable sacrificial magnesium anode. Water heating is carried out by one traditional submersible copper tubular electric heating element with a power of 1500 W. Its heating capacity is sufficient to heat the entire volume of the tank in about 4 hours (assuming heating at 50 °C). To limit the temperature there is a reliable mechanical thermostat. To minimize heat loss, polyurethane foam insulation is provided.
Always clarify the specifications and configuration of the product with the online store manager before purchasing.

We've been using this boiler at the cottage for about 5-6 years. During the entire time, there have been no issues with "leaks" or other breakdowns. And considering that our water is pretty dirty. However, it's worth considering other options because there are enough downsides: it takes a very long time to heat the water, the water temperature indicator has been inaccurate from the first days of use, showing that the water is hot when it is not. You can only rely on the light that goes out when the boiler has finished heating the water. The water is enough for a maximum of two people, assuming the boiler was fully heated, and even then, only if they take very quick showers. Only one person can take a satisfying shower (well, maybe with a cat), and the next person will have to wait 3-4 hours for the boiler to heat up again. Or even if you take a very quick shower, the second person must go practically immediately because the boiler starts to fill with cold water, mix it with the remaining hot water, and then takes a very long time to heat again. Heating water Heats water very slowly, the temperature indicator is inaccurate. ![]() |
I decided to purchase an inexpensive, but large-capacity water heater in order not to carry boiling water in pots and buckets from the kitchen in the summer. I’m not small for seven, I have 4 people, so there was no point in taking something more compact, and there was simply no money to aim for a large capacity. Yes, and models of a larger volume are heated for so long that it is easier to cook boiling water on gas)) This is one of the most affordable storage water heaters with such a large capacity. It is made in Ukraine, and this is important because money is tight for our family right now. But I believe that preparing for "winter in summer" is a good idea. By the start of summer, when potential buyers experience hot water shut-offs, prices will likely rise significantly. The capacity is decent, and with careful use, it's enough for a shower for 3-4 people. It has one heater, a regular one and a half kilowatt. There is a temperature regulator, hidden under the cover, allowing you to adjust the heating from 40-45 (possibly less, but we haven't tried) to 60 degrees. The regulation principle is simple and reliable as doors, thermomechanical, with overheat protection. The tank is steel, enameled with additional protection from a magnesium alloy anode. Unexpectedly, I received a full 2-year warranty on the electrical part and three years on the tank itself. It doesn't heat up quickly. The maximum 60 degrees is gaining in about 4 hours (it should be noted that the water from the tap is now very cold). To reset the water temperature, you need to climb under the cover located at the bottom of the tank. On the one hand, you often don’t have to do this, set yourself up and use it, but sometimes you need to increase it from the usual 50-55 degrees to the maximum, but you won’t be able to do it quickly. I also do not understand why the power indicator was placed at the bottom. Our tank is installed low and you need to lean strongly towards this indicator. |
The impression is somewhat "Chinese," everything seems cheap, plastic, wires hanging on the light bulb; for that price, better to get some "Thermex" and for 80 liters. And 50 is just for washing dishes and 2 socks! no to increase the heating, you need to run to the pantry for a screwdriver to unscrew the bolt on the plastic cover, then turn some incomprehensible "pin" which has no indication of which direction to turn. PRICE-EXPENSIVE, for such a tank. ![]() |
