I purchased this device about a month ago. I tried all the available settings. The sound quality leaves much to be desired. In particular, the dialogue sounds like it comes from TV speakers, no better. Actually, that’s why I bought it. No miracle happened. I also ordered rear speakers, the sound became a little richer, but I didn’t get what I wanted. Solid housing, convenient remote control. I don’t see or hear any more advantages. If possible, consider options from other manufacturers. The price tag for this product with such sound quality is very high, + rear speakers 7400 rub. I do not recommend buying! use Samsung HW-T550 less than month |
If there wasn't a subwoofer, there would be no point in this device. There won't be a miracle. It's convenient that after connecting to a Samsung TV with HDMI (ARC) support, all the soundbar settings appear in the menu, and the soundbar's remote control is basically no longer needed. All settings, including on/off, are done with the TV remote control. There are many sound settings, but after 5 days, I still haven't found the optimal ones. Movies from the internet are more interesting to watch, but again, only because of the presence of a subwoofer. There's a noticeable dip in the lower midrange on the frequency response, so the subwoofer sounds a bit "separate" from the main speaker. No stereo base. Sound from one point at a distance of 4 meters. (Just like with the TV speakers). In all fixed sound settings, there's a noticeable lack of high frequencies (dialogues sound a bit nasal). Works great with Samsung TV via HDMI (ARC). Wide range of settings. Easy to connect. The sound is very mediocre, even compared to TV speakers. use Samsung HW-T550 week |
