After installation, I immediately noticed that it does not obviously heat at 18 BTU; I have a regular 12 BTU, non-inverter, at home, and it heats about the same. The installers are good, and no freon leaks were detected. It was +3 outside at that moment; eventually, I checked the power consumption from the network, and it turned out that at maximum, it pulls 1.25 kW per hour, and it was +12 in the office, working at maximum, which corresponds exactly to 12 BTU. Also, the "I-feel" function doesn't work quite correctly; it was set to 23 degrees, it heated to 25, and then it switched off. The remote was seen at this moment, so it's a flaw of the air conditioner itself. The built-in sensor in the indoor unit is also slightly inaccurate. On the plus side, the defrosting of the outdoor unit is quite correct. Also, the remote with backlighting is awesome, and it has many perks like ionization and self-cleaning.
