A versatile and affordable electric oven in which I quickly prepare a wide variety of dishes and even bake bread. First of all, I note that using it is much more pleasant than a gas oven. The temperature is distributed more evenly throughout the entire space, which is very important for baking dough. It has two heaters - upper and lower. They can work simultaneously or separately, and there is a grilling function. The temperature is adjustable within a wide range, up to 320 degrees. Honestly, I thought 280 was a lot and never used it, but there might be occasions where 320 is needed. I really enjoy baking in it; if you get the temperature right, everything turns out great. I also often bake vegetables and apples; the second half of summer and fall is the best time for this, and my three-year-old son absolutely loves baked apples. It seems to me that the temperature indicated on the regulator is not maintained in reality. All my previous experience suggests that a sponge cake shouldn't burn at just 180-190 degrees. I used to bake even at two hundred, and here it seems that the actual temperature is noticeably higher. I'll also complain that the oven chamber is relatively low, and a normal-sized chicken on a spit doesn't fit. You can take a small bird and tie it with strings, then it barely fits in. I'm also concerned about the steam that comes out not only from the back but also from the front, through the door gaps. The inner chamber is not made of stainless steel, but from some aluminum-zinc alloy. My husband says that's not right, and I, in turn, try to make sure the food doesn't touch the walls, just in case. |
I've been using the oven for about a year now, so I decided to write about it. I was very pleased after purchasing it, but that changed after the first dish I tried to make((( I'm not sure why, but the design of its tray and guides is such that you can't place it in the middle for even baking from top and bottom (this is especially evident when baking dough). It turns out that no matter what temperature you set - it doesn't bake evenly, either burning on the bottom and remaining raw on top, or vice versa. Great stove. We've been using it for 3 years. Everything is excellent. Even dad, a big skeptic, is satisfied. Bakes bread excellently and is often used for other dishes. the last time (after 3 years), for some reason, the grill function started to work poorly, although before that we made kebabs and everything was great. |
