The electric lever press juicer for citrus fruits Steba ZP 3, created by German specialists, impresses with a simple but very effective design that allows you to prepare vitamin juice from fresh oranges, grapefruits, tangerines and lemons in a matter of minutes. The design of the model with a stainless steel case is in many ways similar to analogues from other manufacturers, which is explained by the practicality of well-proven engineering solutions. With a weight of 2.1 kg and dimensions of 28x17x22 cm, the device does not take up much space in the kitchen. The device is equipped with a reliable and quiet single-speed motor with a power of 100 W, which operates in automatic reverse mode, changing the direction of rotation of the shaft every time it is turned on and off. Thanks to this, it is possible to increase the volume of juice, leaving the processed fruit with the peel squeezed dry. Built-in overheating protection stops the motor if the lever is pushed too hard.
Collecting juice in a container or glass
The device is controlled by lowering the lever with a bowl attached to it, which captures half of the prepared fruit. At the same time, the pressing force closes the contact of the limit switch, forcing the working shaft with a conical nozzle to rotate, on which the fruit lies with a juicy cut down. The operation of the device with short pulses prevents increased load and overheating of the engine, which helps to extend its service life. Included with the juicer are plastic nozzles in the form of a small and large embossed cone, designed for squeezing fruits of the appropriate size. The juice obtained by the press, passing through an all-metal filter to remove pits and pieces of pulp, can enter the built-in juice container, the internal accumulator, or directly into a free-standing container placed under the spout of the drain chute, which has a built-in stop-drop leakage protector. After finishing work, the output shaft removed from the device, the cone nozzles, the storage tank and the filter are easily washed under a tap with water, and if you don’t want to bother with manual washing, they can be folded into the dishwasher tray.
