Tenda AC10U
![]() | Expecting restock 8 888 ₴ A high-performance 2018 wireless router capable of serving customers in two frequency bands at once and supporting high-speed cable connections. It features full support for MU-MIMO technology, which provides simultaneous service for several client devices, and Beamforming + technology, which automatically generates directional data transmission to improve coverage in problem areas. It belongs to the middle price category, taking into account the practically implemented actual technologies, the cost of this product can be called very attractive. As the basis for the hardware configuration of the Tenda AC10U router, the Realtek RTL8197FS processor with MIPS 24Kc architecture and a clock frequency of 1 GHz is used, and the amount of RAM is 128 MB. Four external omnidirectional antennas with...a gain of 5 dBi provide high-speed wireless data transmission. In the 2.4 GHz band (802.11b/g/n), it reaches 300 Mbps, and when using a carrier frequency of 5 GHz (802.11a/n/ac), a throughput of 867 Mbps is achieved. Such values are quite enough for watching high-quality streaming 4K video, online gaming, operational cloud services and other tasks that require significant amounts of traffic. In addition, the router supports incoming Gigabit Ethernet connections (up to 1 Gbps) and can provide a small, high-speed cable LAN. Able to work in bridge or repeater mode and perform the functions of a firewall, DHCP, FTP, file and print server. |

I've been using for several weeks. Completely satisfied with the work! Design, speed, ease of setup, automatically performs self-diagnostics every day. Suspiciously easy) ![]() |
Those who want to buy a 3 / 4G modem - I advise you to buy. Just need to install this firmware version - V15.03.06.51_multi. It is in Russian, everything is very simple there. You can download it here: https://www.tendacn.com/ru/download/detail-3406.ht Price - features, the ability to connect a 3G / 4G modem, speed, simplicity, user-friendly admin panel interface, great programme (the same admin panel) on the phone, multifunctional. The router's antenna for connecting external antennas in a 3G/4G modem is bothersome. When connecting a 3G/4G modem via a USB port, it's no longer possible to connect antennas to the modem. I solved this problem: using wires from a "twisted pair" cable of "CAT 5E" category (these are copper and can be soldered) to create an extension - there are tons of videos on YouTube on how to do it ( ![]() |
I've been using it for 3 months. Initially, it worked with a connected ethernet, and everything was fine. But now, when I need to work with wifi, the only desire that arises is to just smash the router with a sledgehammer. Wifi is a complete lag, it's slow everywhere it can be. Open a new tab in the browser? Wait 7-10 seconds. Download a file at maximum speed? You have 3 seconds, because then it will definitely start stuttering, and instead of a stable speed, you'll mainly see 10-15% of the maximum, and that in bursts. Want to play something online? Enjoy freezes and lags of 3-6 seconds 4-5 times a minute. And no, I'm not exaggerating right now. The wifi here is really awful. While the ethernet connection works perfectly, using wifi makes me want to rip out all its antennas. Therefore, it's not worth its money at all. If you do not use wifi at all, then everything is fine. Ethernet works fine, nothing lags, the maximum speed is kept constant in both directions. Wifi is a rare slag. People's gigabit
Tenda AC10U is one of the most affordable "gigabit" (in every sense of the word) wireless routers in east european retail. Gigabit it has not only 802.11ac Wi-Fi, but also Ethernet ports: input WAN and a trio of output LANs. A gigabit router relies on a gigahertz processor: Realtek RTL8197FS with MIPS architecture.
Walls are not a hindrance
Four external long antennas with +5 dB gain provide a theoretical Wi-Fi connection speed of up to 300 Mbps at 2.4 GHz and up to 867 Mbps at 5 GHz. MU-MIMO technology improves throughput, while Beamforming+ improves signal range. Our personal testing confirmed the ability to distribute a typical 100-megabit Internet without loss of speed through two brick load-bearing walls (in the case of reinforced concrete, the signal will naturally be weaker).
File exchange
Additionally, the AC10U has a USB 2.0 port with speeds up to 30 MB / s for connecting external drives with the ability to access them both within the local network and from anywhere in the world using the proprietary Tenda mobile application. If you need a high-speed USB 3.0 port for faster file sharing (for example, external HDDs reach speeds up to 120 MB / s), then there is an improved Tenda AC15 model. But external 3G/LTE modems, unfortunately, are not supported.
User settings
Summing up, Tenda AC10U is a reliable gigabit router with a lot of settings: for example, the ability to adjust the radio signal strength, as well as automatically turn off the lights and reconnect the Internet connection according to a schedule at night.
