Thule OutWay Platform 993

Rear bicycle rack in a raised design, made to improve the visibility of the car's rear lights and license plate. The mount attaches to the trunk lid of hatchbacks, station wagons, crossovers, and SUVs. All contact points of the mount with the car body are rubberized to protect the paintwork. Bicycles in the holder are secured by the top tube of the frame and both wheels (using long straps).

The brackets for securing on the frame have Thule AcuTight torque limiters and are additionally locked with keys. The Thule OutWay Platform 993 accommodates two standard bicycles with a wheelbase up to 1270 mm and a total weight up to 30 kg. The frame holders are foldable, and the entire mount also folds compactly (for convenient storage in the car trunk). It is advisable to check specific compatibility with different car brands in the operating manual in advance, as it is not universal.
