I took a Ruger Precision 22LR as a cheap bolt-action rifle. This scope fits perfectly on the included rings (the highest configuration is included) and the native rifle scope with a 30MOA angle. Even with a hood (and even a hood + cover) it fits almost perfectly.
But the anti-mirage tape is unlikely to fit, at least so that it doesn't rub the optics, if the tape is mounted on a picatinny rail or some kind of adapter through the miklo.
On the reticle. At first glance, the aiming dot looks bulky. At 500 meters, judging by the information on the Internet, it will block a target with a diameter of 5 cm. Although for such a caliber this is hardly a minus, it is unlikely to be able to show a volume greater than a dot. It would be better if there was a more classic reticle with a thin crosshair. But here it is a forced measure, since the center of the reticle is illuminated.
The sight has a clear audible click, which, unlike my other 1-6 sight from Vector, I consider a significant plus. It is fashionable to make corrections without taking your eyes off the ear. And it feels more expensive tactilely.
