I thought I bought myself a purchase for pleasure, but it turned out to add trouble to myself.

Today I received a KARINA ventolux electric oven by new mail. I decided to immediately test it and put the crackers to dry and it turned out that the upper heating element heats up unevenly and the crackers burnt in places. One of the four legs is shorter. I was very upset because the service center was 100 km away from me.

The upper heating element heats up unevenly, as a result of which the food burns.
