An affordable CPU cooler based on a radial aluminium radiator cooled by a 120mm fan. It differs from tower structures equipped with U-shaped heat pipes by its small height (70 mm), which allows it to be used both in full-size and compact cases, including meeting the mini-ITX standard. It is positioned as a product of the basic price category, designed to remove heat from Mainstream / Performance class processors from Intel and AMD, released between 2005 and 2019.
Capable of handling TDPs up to 105W, which exceeds the capabilities of most standard (boxed) air-cooling systems. Vinga CL3011 CPU cooler is compatible with motherboards equipped with Intel LGA 775/1150/1151/1155/1156/1366 and AMD AM4/AM3(+)/FM2(+)/FM1/AM2(+) sockets. A decent level of performance is achieved due to the large area of the aluminium radiator and 9-blade 120 mm fan, which provides a significant air flow (up to 1.54 m3 / min) at a pressure of up to 1.8 mm of water. The PWM method is used to control the rotation speed of the impeller. RGB LED backlighting will appeal to fans of spectacular lighting solutions.

in 2022, I bought it with my last money to cool the Ryzen 5 2600. Overall, aside from the noise, there were no problems. Do not buy an am4 socket. There is no adapter included in the kit, and installing without it is hellish torture and you'll be lucky if you don't break the motherboard while you reach the standard am4 mounting location. Nowhere is it indicated that you will have to make love if you have an am4 socket. There is an adapter for Intel, installation is relatively easy and it cools a little better than standard, the backlight is beautiful.
