This is some kind of scam. I bought a Wolkinz Cosmo robot vacuum cleaner from Wolkinz-robotics three days ago for 40,000 rubles as a gift for my wife. We turned it on - Android devices with their app won't connect. It can't be controlled otherwise (remotely). They also have a button for the "IOS app" on their site, but the app is not in the AppStore. You can check for yourself. Tried connecting it to three different Android devices - useless. Took the vacuum to another house to change the router, thinking maybe it's a router setting issue - same story. Called the service center - they gave me a tech support number to communicate with them via WhatsApp. They said they might respond in two or three days. I wrote to tech support, sent them screenshots of the receipt, warranty, and the step-by-step connection process with their app - silence, and nobody even read my messages all day. Called back. It was impossible to talk; someone on the line was making noise with something metallic. I asked them to stop making noise because I couldn't hear anything - they hung up. Called again, and the person said they would make noise if they wanted. This is some [censored] company. Folks - don't fall for it.
