DAB is still rather weakly distributed, and before specifically buying a radio tape recorder with this function, you should first inquire about the availability of appropriate stations in your area. It is also worth bearing in mind that there is an extended DAB+ standard used by some digital radio stations and original DAB tuners are not compatible with such broadcasts.
