Surface (Super Lock)
— the Surface/Super Lock work surface can be described as a hexagon with a semi-circular ridge on each side; it is these protrusions that are in contact with the edges of the fastener when working with the key. The main advantage of such heads is the minimal risk of edge breakage due to the fact that the force is transferred from the corners of the hexagon to its flat parts. Moreover, such a tool is even directly called "heads for broken edges", since it can be used for such parts.
