In this table you can compare the technical characteristics of cases from the review, and choose a model yourself in the computer cases section.

More compact than other Micro-ATX, mesh side panel, thick-walled steel.
Only one pre-installed fan.

The Chieftec Uni BX Mesh is a rugged-looking case that brings two important know-hows to the typical PC build. Firstly, the power supply is moved from bottom to front, which makes the case significantly lower than classic Micro-ATX. The kit includes a power cable extension to move the outlet outside. In addition, this arrangement made it possible to make the bottom panel breathable with an easily removable dust filter along the entire length.

You can install three 120 mm or two 140 mm fans at the bottom, which will blow directly onto the video card. Legs with a height of 15 mm facilitate air intake. Second, the mesh side panel further improves air circulation. Through it you can clearly see the internal components of the PC and at the same time it breathes, unlike glass.

Finally, the front and top panels are made of lattice. At the top there is sufficient headroom for dropsy. Liquid-cooling systems with a standard size of 240 mm are supported. By default, the case has only one rear exhaust fan installed. The body is made of steel sheets with a solid thickness of 0.6 millimeters.

Miniature sandwich format, two acrylic panels, SFX-L power supply.
The video card riser is an old version of PCIe 3.0.

Zalman M2 Mini is a very compact sandwich case, divided into two compartments: for the motherboard and video card, respectively. The internal frame of the case is made of steel, and the external panels are made of aluminium and acrylic. Using transparent plastic instead of glass allowed the panels to be perforated, which is critical for such miniature PC builds.

The graphics accelerator fits up to 295 millimeters long. This means that any dual-slot, dual-fan graphics card will do, as well as some with three fans. A flexible PCI-E x16 riser is supplied with the case, although it is a relatively old version 3.0. The CPU cooler can only fit up to 60mm in height, meaning a Top-Flow solution is required.

The motherboard fits the smallest Mini-ITX format, as does the compact SFX or SFX-L power supply. Among the latter, there are already quite quiet and powerful ones, up to 800 W. Disk drives are only supported in the smaller 2.5-inch format. On the front panel there is a single PC power button and two USB ports: Type-A and Type-C.

Complete transparent look without partitions, four fans with remote control.
The abundance of glass will have to be wiped frequently.

2E Gaming Fantom GK701W is a spacious case with two glass panels at once. Moreover, the metal stand between them can, if desired, be completely removed to obtain a complete transparent look. Fortunately, this does not affect the rigidity of the structure in any way, because the frame is made of durable steel. Motherboards fit compact Mini-ITX and mid-size Micro-ATX.

The video card is suitable for a length of up to 40 centimeters, which is generous even for the flagship GeForce RTX 4090 and Radeon RX 7900 XTX. By default, the case comes pre-installed with four fans: three on the side panel for intake and one at the back for exhaust. There's plenty of clearance at the top for a wide 280mm or long 360mm liquid cooling system.

If desired, the fans can be moved upstairs and the dropbox installed on the side so that the processor receives fresh air from outside. The ARGB lighting of the fans can be adjusted using the included remote control. The interface panel is located at the bottom of the case. Moreover, it can be rearranged from the side to the front; you just need to unscrew a couple of screws and release the fasteners inside the case.

Vertical tower format, tinted glass, tool-free assembly.
Only a single-section LSS can be placed.

SilverStone Lucid LD03B-AF is a computer case in the shape of a tower, inside which air circulates vertically using natural convection. Designed for Mini-ITX and Mini-DTX motherboards (the latter has one more PCIe expansion slot). The side panels of the case are made of tinted tempered glass, which is resistant to scratches and moderate impacts.

There are no fans, cables or even screws on three sides of the case, making the design perfectly sleek. Only one of the glass panels has a lattice cutout to improve the air intake of the video card. The maximum length of the graphics accelerator is 30.5 cm, and the height of the air processor cooler is 19 cm (in principle, there is no such height).

But the dropsy fits only in a single-section 120 mm. But the hard drive is a full-size 3.5-inch, the capacity of which can reach 20 TB. Power supplies fit SFX-L and SilverStone has the most powerful power supply of this format. The case is equipped with two fans, one at the bottom and one at the top, which direct the air flow.

Replaceable panels, FDB fans, touch controls, Qi charging.
If you want more ARGB lighting.

be quiet! The Dark Base Pro 901 is a gigantic 16kg case for building a flagship gaming or professional work PC. Capable of accommodating the largest E-ATX motherboard with two Intel Xeon or AMD Threadripper processor sockets. The housing has a modular design, which allows you to rearrange the viewing window from right to left.

The kit comes with two front and top panels: mesh to maximize ventilation and solid with a foam layer to minimize noise. In addition, the top panel is retractable to simplify the installation of a liquid cooling system up to 420 mm. There is a support for the weighty video card, which also hides the ugly protruding power cable.

Three be quiet! branded fans Silent Wings 4 with a diameter of 14 cm are based on an ultra-long-lasting hydrodynamic bearing. The top interface panel is equipped with five USB ports, one of which is the newfangled Type-C. As well as Qi wireless charging and touch control of fan speed and ARGB lighting. Hidden behind the hinged door at the bottom is a slot for an optical drive.
