The sound lacks bass, but it's clear and of high quality. The microphone sound is also good and natural. The 11-hour claim might be an exaggeration, although I can't say for sure since I only used them for up to 2 hours a day. Double tap for play/pause/answer call/reject call. Triple tap for voice assistant. And that's it. The 1More Music app doesn't offer any additional features. It just updated the firmware. Overall, I liked the headphones. No frills, clean sound.
