Unfortunately, the laptop left me with negative emotions. I didn't think there would be such quality issues with a laptop nowadays. I bought an Acer about 7 years ago, and there are still no issues. Perhaps it's a defect, so I don't want to make any claims, but I hope for a proper resolution to my problem.
