A corded electric jigsaw with a power of 700 W, designed for sawing wood up to 80 mm thick, as well as workpieces made of plastic, aluminum (up to 20 mm) or thin steel (up to 10 mm). The device is equipped with a 6-speed speed controller, allowing you to change the frequency of the saw strokes (1000 - 3200 strokes / min) to adjust the tool to specific working conditions, and a pendulum mechanism with three modes of "aggressiveness" of sawing.

The sole of the AEG STEP 80 jigsaw can be tilted at an angle of up to 45 ° for making bevel cuts. The tool can be paired with a vacuum cleaner, which is connected to the adapter on the jigsaw, or blow sawdust from the cutting line with a directed air flow. The device weighs 2.2 kg and has a power cable 4 m long. The kit includes one saw blade and an anti-splinter pad on the sole.
