An efficient, multifunctional and easy-to-use electric oven with one interesting and rather unusual feature - its door opens automatically if you lightly touch the handle anywhere (hand, elbow or shoulder). The Amica ED 57689BA+ X-TYPE Openup oven is equipped with a brazier with a usable capacity of 77 liters. The control panel is formed exclusively from a red backlit display and touch switches, while the manufacturer decided to abandon the rotary controls familiar to many.
Of the additional equipment, we note the presence of a grill and a convection system; in total, the oven supports 11 different operating modes. The manufacturer also provides a set of 19 automatic baking programs. The heating temperature inside the oven chamber is regulated in a fairly wide range of 30 - 280 ° C. The catalytic coating of the inner walls contributes to the breakdown of fats and other contaminants, which greatly simplifies the cleaning of the chamber, even after long and active cooking. Thanks to the 3-layer glazing of the door, the temperature of the outer glass does not exceed 35 ⁰C even when baking at 180 °C.
