The updated 2023 lineup of MacBook Pro laptops includes not only 16-inch laptops but also more compact 14-inch ultrabooks (with a profile thickness of 16 mm and a weight of 1.6 kg). In the MacBook Pro series, they are considered as the lower-tier solutions, but in fact, they are almost on par with the full-fledged 16-inch "Pro" models in many respects. It boasts a resolution of 3024x1964 pixels, a 120 Hz refresh rate, a high brightness reserve (1000 cd/m2 or 1600 cd/m2 in peak mode), exemplary color representation, support for the HDR10 format, and a built-in ambient light sensor. It is an excellent choice for professional work with design, 3D graphics, animation, photo and video editing, color correction, etc. Additional features include USB C ports with integrated Thunderbolt interface, proprietary Force Touch trackpad, fast charging, fingerprint scanner, an ergonomic backlit keyboard, a 1080p resolution webcam, and great built-in speakers with Dolby Atmos, which sound almost like full-fledged speakers.
