The model supports a fairly wide range of operating temperatures — from 35 to 70 degrees Celsius, which allows it to be used for drying various products, including berries, medicinal herbs, and greens, as well as for preparing breadcrumbs, etc. The 245W heating element has overheat protection and is located at the bottom of the body, with rectangular plastic mesh trays, each measuring 320x240 mm, placed above it.
The Ardesto FDB-52832B electric vertical dryer has 5 loading levels that are positioned 35 mm apart from each other, so cutting very thin slices is not necessary. The transparent design of the upper part of the case allows for visual control of the drying process. The model features mechanical controls, namely, a rotary switch. A timer is not included, and the continuous operation time should not exceed 40 hours.
