A simple convective fruit dryer of small capacity with a lower blower. Equipped with a thermostat and an intuitive mechanical control system. It features moderate overall dimensions (height 26 cm), modest weight and a simple cascade design, consisting of five round plastic pallets. In addition to dehydrating vegetables and fruits, this model is able to dry medicinal and spicy herbs, whole or chopped berries, mushrooms and nuts. Transparent walls of pallets made of food-grade plastic facilitate visual control of the process to prevent overdrying. The drying temperature is controlled by a simple rotary switch between 35 and 70 °C. Provides effective protection against overheating.
