Dashcam Aspiring Reflex 1

A special set for organizing a reliable video recording system of what is happening on the road while driving. The kit includes the main recorder, originally built into the rear-view mirror, as well as an additional remote camera. Such a constructive solution looks as organic as possible in the cabin and does not attract attention from the outside. The front camera records in Full HD and has a viewing angle of 148°, the additional features are more modest, but still sufficient for everyday use — 720x480 pixels and an angle of 120°.

But at the same time, the additional camera itself has a waterproof housing according to the IP-65 standard, thanks to which it is practically not afraid of rain and other adverse weather conditions; for maximum efficiency, the manufacturer itself recommends connecting an external camera to a reverse light. Also, the Aspiring Reflex 1 DVR boasts a convenient touch control panel, a simple and intuitive interface, as well as a fairly large 4.03-inch screen. The device can perform parking monitoring functions.

I wanted to support the Ukrainian manufacturer - in the end I got China

I've been using it for six months. Chinese quality, not worth the money.

- As an enlarged rear-view mirror - convenient.

1. Turns off after an hour and a half of work, you need to replug it into the lighter socket.
2. Doesn't always detect reverse gear and, consequently, doesn't turn on the rearview camera.
3. The rearview camera connector is dying - instead of video, there's a black screen or very poor video.
4. The battery was dead already in the box. Does not charge.
5. Terrible interface when connecting to a computer - only manages to connect as an external storage device, with an inconvenient folder structure.
