When buying several units for heating a summer house, it is better to take the cheaper 17/117 plus a programmer for control. Same amount of money, but more use. Inexpensive and easy to use heater for medium and small rooms. For its price it works very well. Low price. This is almost the most budget-friendly of the good convectors. Does not dry out the air, even if it works for 10-12 hours in a row. This is very cool, because with the previous heater I had to turn on the humidifier afterwards. Doesn't make noise when working. There is no so often encountered unpleasant crackling sound when the device heats up or cools down. It heats up a small room very quickly, literally after 5-10 minutes it is already noticeably warmer, even if it was cold before. Conveniently mounted on the wall, there are legs for installation on the floor. The wheels do not jam or scratch the floor when moving. Stably maintains the set temperature, you don’t have to worry about the air being hot. The power cord is short and does not always reach the outlet. You have to hold the off button for a very long time to turn off the heater. The heater copes quite adequately with heating 15 sq.m. rooms. A good solution as an addition to a centralized heating system, but it is unlikely to work adequately without centralized heating. If you want to use the device as the only source of heat, then get ready for hefty electricity bills. The heater remembers the last used mode. Once it happened that the lights were suddenly turned off, and when the power supply was restored, the device continued to work with the previously installed program, instead of just turning off - I don’t know whether this should be considered an advantage or a disadvantage, depending on how you look at it, but it seems to me that this is rather good. Almost no noise, i.e. does not distract from doing business, it can be safely installed in offices and at home if you work remotely. Regarding the problem of air drying, I will say that the phenomenon is practically not observed, at least I don’t feel it. There is no unpleasant odor during operation, although some devices may burn dust and irritate with a slight unpleasant aroma. I think a small problem is that the shutdown sensor does not work correctly. The device sometimes stubbornly refuses to complete the work itself, so you have to use forced measures: stop it manually. This doesn't happen all the time, but it does happen. And indeed some kind of inconvenient mode switch, which is also a power button. To operate the car correctly, you will have to get the hang of it. A more logical step would be to make the power button separate. The short cord is a little annoying; sometimes you have to use an extension cord. |

The F118 line of climate control equipment from the French brand Atlantic includes 4 modifications of convection heaters at once, which differ in maximum power levels (500 W, 1000 W, 1500 W, 2000 W) and, accordingly, the ability to effectively heat rooms of various sizes (from 5 up to 20 m².).
Electronic control
The snow-white case of the model with slots for the heated air outlet on the front panel is splash-proof according to the IP24 standard, which makes it possible to install the convector, for example, in the bathroom. You won’t have to worry about water getting on the electronic control panel — it is securely hidden on the back of the case and directed “face up”. The panel includes a digital display for displaying the temperature, two keys for adjusting the intensity of heating (their simultaneous pressing also turns on the child lock function), as well as a power button, a short press on which allows you to switch between the operating modes of the device (“Anti-freeze”, “Economy ”, “Comfort” and “Timer”).
Installation
The manufacturer gives priority to the wall mounting method of the heater. Otherwise, on its back side there would not be a special bracket for mounting on the wall with dowels, and in the box with the device there would be legs for floor installation. If desired, stands with wheels for moving the convector can be installed manually.
Security
The front surface of the heater heats up during operation to a mark of less than 45 °C. Paired with rounded corners, this makes the device safe for small children, striving to explore everything around. In addition, high safety is ensured by double electrical insulation and protection of the heating element from overheating, which will help prevent the occurrence of a possible fire at the convector installation site.
